How does it work? With the co-operation of the Owner, the source code held on the originating native environment is compiled into objects.
An object level compare/validation test is then made between the objects held by the User(s) and the objects created from the complied source code held by Intellect Enterprises.

Escrow Object Validation Test Validates the completeness and likeness of the complied source code held by Intellect Enterprises with those objects held by the licensee/user. The test is conducted at the owner's site Price: £4,400 plus expenses. One consultant for duration of 5 days.
Escrow Link Validation Test Validates the completeness and likeness of the complied source code held by Intellect Enterprises with those objects held by the licensee/user and that the objects created can be built into the licensee/user application. The test is conducted at the owner’s site. Price: £13,200 plus expenses. Two consultants for duration of 6 days.
Escrow Protect Conducted annually or at agreed intervals an independent validation test that is sponsored by the Software Developer. Same as Link Validation Test but done annually or at agreed intervals Price: £13,200 initial set-up plus expenses then 10% discount £11,880 annual fee plus expenses. Two consultants for duration of 6 days per year.
Escrow Protect Plus Software assurance that encompasses further in-depth testing to enable the deposited material to be utilised effectively and speedily. Price: £NEG plus expenses.
